SPV Special Projects refurbished roofs F, G and M at West Cumberland Hospital, working through CCL Solutions for the NHS. The programme combined a high-performance felt roofing system with tapered and flat-board insulation, supported by purpose-designed scaffold access.
Protective work beneath skylights and evening crane deliveries helped safeguard occupied areas and reduce disruption. Despite challenging weather, the team completed the works ahead of schedule and within budget. Apprentices gained practical experience throughout this substantial waterproofing project.
