Howard Evans Roofing and Cladding refurbished the roof at Matalan's Northampton store while trading continued below. Following a structural survey, the team installed an insulated overcladding system with profiled steel sheets, matching flashings and carefully detailed ventilation outlets.
Scaffold access, protective netting and coordinated crane deliveries supported safe working throughout construction. Close communication with the client kept disruption to a minimum, with the project completed within the agreed programme and budget.
