SPV Special Projects refurbished an office block roof, four smaller roofs and a stores roof at UKPN Bidder Street for Freedom Group. The work combined liquid waterproofing, felt roofing, insulation and renewed drainage details, with the office remaining occupied throughout.
Limited site space called for closely timed deliveries and regular crane visits. The team adapted the roof build-up where site conditions differed from expectations, working with the client to complete the project within agreed timescales and budgets.
