Working for Daniel Thwaites, Howard Evans Roofing and Cladding restored the stone roof at The Fleece in Cirencester. Existing Cotswold stone was carefully stripped and set aside for reuse, while structural repairs and new felt and lath prepared the roof beneath.
The team relaid the original stone, supplementing damaged pieces with reclaimed material selected to complement the existing roof. Repairs across the property were completed within the agreed programme and budget, respecting the building's distinctive appearance.
