Making an existing roof fit for its next chapter.
During the conversion of a former Tesco in Wakefield, Howard Evans Roofing and Cladding addressed corrosion, failing roof details and deteriorating canopy areas. The team installed a new insulated steel overcladding system, covering redundant roof wells and renewing the building's weather protection.
Works were coordinated with the store's fit-out contractor and specialist crane team. Safe scaffold access supported delivery, and the project finished within budget, two weeks ahead of schedule.
